Bookings and payment

A booking request is confirmed when we send you a confirmation by email. For paid services, payment is due before the consultation using the payment link we send you. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel by contacting us at least 24 hours before your consultation. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

We share professional guidance based on experience, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal result, and nothing we share is legal, tax, or financial advice.
